The staff were all very courteous, helpful, and overall great. I didn't like the price, and I asked for an accessible room because my nephew was in a wheelchair; he couldn't shower or close the bathroom door, so we had to go to a family member’s home for him to shower. Otherwise everything else was fine.

The location is perfect for getting to the race and the area is good for eating out. The room needed a remodel and better cleaning; we were on the ground level and the windows could use a tint so people in the parking lot don’t see directly into your room. Mold in the shower is not acceptable, and the floors could have been swept before guests arrived. I wish I had taken a few pictures to include but didn’t. If you hadn’t reached out, I would have never said anything. But since you asked, a little paint on the cabinet would not hurt and a new toilet.

I did everything the facility told me to do to modify my stay, and they even approved it, only to tell me on the day I arrived that they had put me down for a no‑show and had no rooms available. I lost my money and had to book elsewhere last minute, all because the hotel suddenly said they didn’t allow modifications after they themselves had spoken with me and gave approval. I was told the only person who could refund me is the manager, who never got back to me. I will never book at a Hampton Inn again. If only I had known the last‑minute hotel I found was not only cheaper but better, I could have dodged this BS.

Convenient location. The room needed updating: the carpet needed to be stretched, mold on the shower nozzle cleaned, and ear swabs from the last guest picked up, etc.
