The lady at the desk was nice, but the manager was downright rude. There was a mix‑up with my Pay‑in‑Four payment; when I got there they said I needed to pay again. I explained I had paid and she could see the card on file but still wanted my credit card—not for incidentals but to pay again. She was very rude, even though another lady told her she would handle it; she kept being rude. I called to make sure I wouldn’t have to pay twice, but I ended up charged on both attempts to get it fixed. Ugh.

“A little rough at first, but will be staying there again”

The hotel was right off the highway, and the front‑desk staff who checked me in that night were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. The breakfast was actually good for a hotel, well done. However, we needed a pet‑friendly room and expected it to smell like a pet had been there. Our first room looked like someone had just checked out; the tub was full of water, there were dead bugs on the floor, food on the floor, and what appeared to be croc‑shoe charms from the previous tenant, plus trash in some of the bins as we walked in. When I told the front desk, they moved us to another room immediately, and that room was very clean, turning a frustrating situation into an easy one.

Nothing was good. The place was not clean, the price was too high, and overall it was disappointing.

“No frills..Just sleep”

The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the water was hot. The pool wasn’t available, which is a deal‑breaker for me when I book; if it’s listed it should be usable. There was no coffee creamer in the morning, and the towels were thin but clean. The room needs serious remodeling.
