Breakfast offered a good variety; omelets and tapiocas could be ordered from the kitchen staff, and the front desk was always ready to help. However, the drink quality fell short – the Three Hearts coffee machine made a very artificial coffee, so there was no good espresso option. The room access cards stopped working several times, and we had to reissue them together with my wife, which was problematic because she had an appointment and I had another.

The room, service, cleanliness, and breakfast were all good. The only drawback was the breakfast timing.

The coffee was excellent and check‑in was fine. The room cleaning service was lacking; even after notifying early, we returned to the hotel at 15:00 and the rooms were still not cleaned.

The service was excellent, the location was great, and the room layout was spot on. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that my reservation didn’t include breakfast and that the bathroom had a curtain instead of a proper box.

We really liked the location—close enough to the Ceará Event Center that we could walk there comfortably! The breakfast was very good, and the room’s facilities were adequate, though there was little space for luggage. No complaints.
