My room was dirty and had very little lighting. Everything seemed to be falling apart, and the breakfast was a disappointing, pre-prepared plate with some cheese and other items.

I was quite disappointed with my stay as I could feel the wind blowing through my window, even when it was closed. This made my room feel drafty and uncomfortable.

I had a frustrating experience with the hotel's administrative process. I specifically requested an invoice for my business trip, and the receptionist assured me it would be prepared and mailed to me, but I never received it.
