The location is super convenient, right near the expa and tons of food options around. But, man, trying to call a taxi was a real challenge since the staff doesn't speak much English - like, 30 minutes of struggling to get it sorted. Make sure to download Alipay and Didi apps before you go, it'll make life easier.

I was really surprised that no one spoke English here, I mean, it's a big international chain. That made things tough, like when I needed an invoice and they couldn't help. Would've been nice to have some English speakers on staff.

Loved everything about it! The staff were really great, very friendly and welcoming. Had a fantastic time here.

The room was really comfy and the staff were super friendly and attentive. However, I did miss some Western food options at breakfast, and the elevator floor was in pretty bad shape. Plus, you could hear the bars outside at night, but overall it was okay.
