“Average”
My room was close to all facilities, had a nice sea view and pool view, and the buffet food was okay. The bathtub wasn’t good; overall the room feels a bit old and there’s no jacuzzi or sauna available, so some changes are needed.

The location is great with a beautiful view and lovely amenities, the rooms are spacious with a balcony where you can wake up and have coffee listening to the waves – paradise. The staff were quite rude and there was confusion between the restaurant and front desk, they don’t seem to communicate well. The food was pretty average too.

The buffet offered a great variety and the evening and daytime entertainment kept me entertained, but the mattress and pillows in the bed were very old and uncomfortable.
The staff were very attentive and always ready to help. After a gout attack in my ankle, two gentlemen at the front desk arranged for a medicine from a pharmacy to be brought to the hotel at 18h45 by taxi; thanks again, I was able to sleep well.

The building’s architecture, the calm, the large green spaces in the hotel, and the quality of the lagoon are ideal for snorkeling. The main dining room is too large and noisy; some tables are too close together and too near the buffet.
