Breakfast is delicious. The bath tap is difficult to use; please replace it.
The room was clean and well‑organized, and I liked being able to use the on‑site hot spring. The sign for the parking lot was tiny, so I mistook it for the day‑use hot‑spring lot and got confused.
We stayed for one night as a family with two kids; Akita was fully booked for the festival at the start of August, so we were lucky to get a room. We didn’t realize the great onsen was included, but it was wonderful and we really enjoyed it. The kids left a bag of laundry in the room, and the hotel sent it back to Osaka for free without any hassle—unbelievable! Thank you so much!
