The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff from the Philippines were flawless. The only downside was the limited parking.

The hotel was clean and excellent, the view was wonderful, and the staff were very courteous—especially the afternoon shift, who were truly polite. The corridors smelled nice. Parking was a bit difficult, and during the stay the electricity kept cutting out, even affecting the elevators, so we had to use the stairs to the fifth floor, which was exhausting.

Everything was superb; thanks so much to the front‑desk staff, the morning receptionist, and the evening staff for being so helpful and appreciative of guests. The porter who carried our bags was also excellent. The hotel is clean, the food is great, and overall it was outstanding.

Very clean, big room, quiet—perfect if you need to rest or work, and the Wi‑Fi is good. There’s hardly anything walkable nearby except an Al Baik, so you’ll need to order a lot. A lot of water comes out of the shower, making the bathroom very wet. Some of the desk staff (not all, as some were great) could be a bit friendlier and more welcoming.
