I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff, found my room clean and comfy, and the space was beautiful with a good bar; the location suited my needs and I plan to come back regularly.
“Pretty decent hotel, staff are OK. Crummy area.”
The room was comfortable with great views, the rooms were clean, and there were great places to eat nearby; however, parking fees were really high—should be $15‑20 max—and the neighborhood isn’t great, so I wouldn’t recommend walking anywhere at night, maybe not during the day either; they never asked me for my Bonvoy #.

It was my first trip to ATL and the hotel was the closest to the event I was attending, right in the midst of the action; the room was clean, comfy, and the staff were very friendly, and I liked the free filtered water on the floor with reusable bottles. I stayed on the 3rd floor and, despite all the action downstairs and the nearby bar, I did not hear a peep; the room was near the elevator so I heard people coming in and out of the elevator, but nothing to complain about. Some of the furniture in the room could use maintenance—closet doors were warped and no longer on the track, and the daybed cushion by the window could use a deep clean.
The location and the nicer modern/industrial look were great, but I was disappointed that my room only had a shower instead of a bathtub.
