The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everything was okay
I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and my room - it was spotless and well-maintained
The food in the restaurant was also top-notch, with a great selection of dishes to suit all tastes

“Leaking bathroom and mosquitoes.”
Close to the airport. The washroom was poorly maintained with leaks, and mosquitoes were everywhere in the hotel. The approach to the entrance is narrow and only one car space is in front of it.
Very clean and attractive for a stay. I’ll choose this place again next time. Room service needs improvement.

The rooms were excellent, reception staff were helpful, the lobby was clean, and the dining hall was punctual. No staff were available to carry luggage to the rooms. We were a group of senior citizens around 75 years old and would have appreciated some assistance.
“Great Rooms but Subpar Facilities and Service”
Overall Room Quality. 1. Faulty Access Cards 2. No help for luggage conveyance 3. No access to any food or drinks after kitchen closed and kitchen closes at 10:30 which is too early by all counts 4. I was categorically refused cold.drinks stating kirchen was closed. What does a ready made drink have to do with Kitchen? 5. The whole facility seems pathetically undermanned. 6. The buffet breakfast is also sad. The paneer paratha was more like Vishnu's Sudarshana.hard and sharp. 7. Staff is not too helpful
