The room was very comfortable and both the room and bathroom were spacious. Even though we were on the second floor and could climb the stairs without trouble, the elevator was paid during business hours and also on Saturdays… an incredible thing, never seen it before. Also, we didn’t like that check‑in was only after 16:00, too late in my opinion, and there was no option to store luggage.

It was super close and convenient to Beverello Port. After checkout, they let us leave our luggage in the shared space. Wi‑Fi was good. There was an air conditioner and a hair dryer. The amenities included body soap and hand soap. The room was tight, the bathroom was cramped, and when I showered the door leaked, flooding the room. I only got one bath towel and one face towel. It was hard to tell which building it was. The elevator was paid, and the room was around the third floor, so carrying a suitcase was tough. The lodging tax had to be paid in cash and placed in the room box. There were few hangers. The shelf that looked like a toilet shelf in the bathroom was broken. There was no full‑length mirror, and the bathroom mirror was too high to see. There were few outlets. The room’s shelf was a locker, but the locker key was broken, so it couldn’t be used as a locker.
Every door required a code, even for the bathroom and shower.

The sheets and towels were clean, and the location was good. The pillows were very flat.

The location was excellent, very close to the metro station. The air conditioner in the room worked well and we greatly appreciated being allowed to check in before the official time. Soundproofing was poor and we could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower was positioned next to the toilet, so when showering the whole area got wet. The room was also quite small; opening the luggage left no space to walk. Additionally, we found a cockroach in the bathroom.
