The inn was close to our venue, which made things easy, but some pedicab drivers don’t know the area, so giving directions can be a bit challenging. The rooms and common areas need better cleaning for a more comfortable stay, and security could be improved because guests weren’t given a door key, raising concerns about access control.

The shower was broken, cleanliness was very poor, and even after telling staff nothing was done. I asked for a room change or transfer to another brand with better amenities, but the staff refused. The location was very far from everything—restaurants, shops, etc.
