The staff were wonderful and helped with a late check‑out. At first they gave me the wrong room; the reservation was for a sea‑view room, but they corrected it, yet the photos of the rooms were completely inaccurate. The photo was probably AI‑generated because the window is in a different place, there’s no sea view from the bed, the room is entirely different, and there was a bathtub instead of a shower for some reason.

Overall, the room was clean and well-maintained, but there were a few issues that affected our comfort. We had specifically selected a king-size bed, but instead, the hotel combined two twin beds, which made sleeping less comfortable and affected the quality of our sleep. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was not working properly, which was inconvenient. While the room was clean and the overall facilities were satisfactory, these issues need attention to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. “Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno”

The pool was nice, even though you can’t enter without a hood (they sell it for 10 euros). The room was very large, and the sea‑view rooms also had nice skyscrapers in front. The sheets were soft and the pillows were very comfortable. I booked for three people, but the towels were for two, which wasn’t a problem.

“If I have to, I would probably switch to another better facility.”

Overall a good stay. Staff at reception was cooperative and good. Generally okay. 👌. This facility doesn't have specialist staff available e.g. for pool and gym, spa etc. They hire and call staff from outside when required and scheduling is a challenge. Breakfast was slightly boring, they may add more items and variety. Also, noted during breakfast one day some kind of rift btw the floor manager and junior staff. Missed the welcome smile up9n arrival and good service that particular day
