It’s close to Kyoto station, has a good central spot, and the room was clean and comfortable, with no negatives.

I loved the hotel’s design and comfort, the reception staff were friendly, and it was easy to get there, but it felt a bit far from the station and lugging luggage was a bit heavy, contradicting the description that it was right next to the station.

The spot was perfect, tucked into a quiet, typical street that felt great both day and night, and the whole area was very calm.

The place is close to the station and sits on a very quiet street, but the double beds are tiny and there are no blinds, so at 5:00 am the whole room is flooded with light.

“(same review as 1st booking) Great location near Kyoto station! Booking 2 rooms made our stay great!”

(We had to book the additional room separately - so this is the same review as the initial booking) Great location! Quick walk from Kyoto station and easy for us to walk to all of our destinations! Rooms weren't necessarily small but one room would've been a tight fit for our family of four. We ended up booking a second room last minute and they easily accommodated our request to be near by. This was a newer hotel, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our 2 nights. We only had one slight complaint. The bedside table in the kids room had a broken USB port that was emitting a low consistent (electrical) beeping sound. I was able to dampen the noise but for a new hotel I was surprised there was already damage/ it hadn't been addressed yet. Luckily it wasn't that big of a deal for us
