Everything was in perfect order. The staff, including the owner, were kind and courteous. The owner always had a smile and fulfilled everything she could see. Breakfast was flawless, each person could choose. The room was clean, cozy, and on the quiet side. I have nothing to criticize. Nothing – everything was flawless.

The hotel enjoys a stunning viewpoint, though reaching the next village on foot is a challenge, and the property shows real potential despite lacking a bit of polish to be outstanding. Towels are small and never replaced, and our room wasn’t cleaned during the three‑day stay, so we used the same towels and linens throughout, although smaller towels are available in the wellness area. All the signage is in Czech, which is fine if you understand it but confusing otherwise. The food was excellent and the hostess was enthusiastic and a talented cook. The walking trails aren’t clearly marked, and while there are bike routes nearby, information about them is missing; the tourist office in the nearby town could provide it, so the hotel might consider obtaining those details for guests. We also had a jacuzzi‑room, which was nice but not very practical for a morning shower.
