“Relaxing”

The place was huge, clean and modern. The owner was super friendly, always reachable and gave great tips on where to eat and shop. All in all, a pleasant stay.

“Spacious, well equipped near new unit”

Immaculate and roomy, we barely noticed the second bedroom. Very comfy, and the walks in Warril Parklands were lovely. KV kept in touch nicely. The only downside? You need a car to get anywhere – but the nearest cafe, Coffee Cabin, and Browns Plains shopping centre are just a quick drive away.

“convenient and comfy”

Breakfast had a decent cereal spread, and a bit of bread with spreads would have been nice for the little one. A few hot chocolate sachets and herbal teas would cover non‑coffee drinkers too. Everything else was good, and the room gave plenty of space to unwind after a drive. The host was very helpful.

“Description needs to be updated to be clear on guest house being a seperate wing to a main house. Definitely could have”

Honestly, nothing about the property stood out. We were really disappointed – the listing said the guest house was separate, but it’s attached to the host’s home, so privacy was off. It’s not soundproof; we could hear the main house and the kids’ screams woke my daughter. The “soundproof rooms” claim was misleading. There’s a private entrance, but we had to wait for the host to move their dog out.
