Everything was fine, the staff were very nice, the room was small but clean and tidy, yet the scrambled eggs came as a pre‑made product.

The hotel is close to Siena, the breakfast is plentiful and varied, but the room was cold and the blankets were old‑fashioned—those I used in the army… nowadays there are lighter, warmer duvets.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean, the surroundings very beautiful, and the nearby restaurant was excellent—nothing to complain about.

The TV in our room didn’t work; the lady was kind and came to check it, but the issue couldn’t be fixed and no other rooms were available, though I’d gladly return; the food was good and overall the stay was pleasant.
