“A perfect rural getaway close to Hobbiton”
We really enjoyed the place and wished we could have stayed longer. The room is separated from the main house for privacy, with unobstructed views of the lawn and the birds coming to feed. It is well equipped and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you Cheri for welcoming us in your little piece of paradise. You are an amazing host

We enjoyed a wonderful stay! The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and accommodating, always prepared and thinking of everything to make our visit comfortable. The property itself was stunning, immaculate, and fully equipped. We truly appreciated the evident care put into the space and our experience, and we would gladly return and recommend it highly.

This spot was amazing—very clean, tidy, and full of extra treats and surprises. The outdoor bath was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay again.
The place is small but lovely, spotlessly clean, and warm because the host turned on the heating beforehand—she’s incredibly friendly! Breakfast was ready when we arrived, and the dinner information was very helpful. Definitely coming back!
