“Muito.bom com pontos a melhorar”

The location is great, the room was clean, the mattress comfortable, and breakfast is simple but sufficient. I understand the bathroom’s water‑recycling system is very sustainable, but it’s noisy, especially in our WC and the WCs of other rooms, and it’s very annoying at night. Another downside was the two staff members talking about private matters in a very loud tone in the kitchen while watching videos on their phones with high volume and good sound, even as we and other guests were having breakfast. It would also be convenient if breakfast started earlier.

The location and friendly kitchen staff during breakfast are positives. The building smells bad as soon as you enter, and there’s a sewage odor when the water is turned on.

The hotel’s location is ideal, close to metro stations. The hallway lights that illuminate the room at night whenever there’s movement (the door frame lets light through) are annoying, the plumbing noise starts at 6 am, and the breakfast hours are too late (starting at 9 am).

“It is ok to stay.”

They offer a simple breakfast and a small dining area. The staff are nice—thanks to Wes. The water pump runs every time water is used and it’s very noisy. There are no clear instructions on how to get to the hotel, and the front is so dark that it’s hard to see it at night. I wish there were pictures and a step‑by‑step guide to find the front desk.

Breakfast does its job. The location is excellent. The room has optimal light and size. It was a great surprise. The staff were extremely available and helpful, from HK to the supervisor. I’ll definitely come back. The only issue is that the entrance door of the building doesn’t close.
