It was close to the highway. Cleanliness was only a 2. There is no proper wardrobe, even though the room size is comfortable enough. The area is very empty, far from everything.
The information for exiting the underground parking was insufficient and the signage could have been clearer; we struggled to find the reception entrance upon arrival, the signage was not very clear, and there were only a few spots available in front of the reception. In the restaurant, conversations were in English, and only one staff member spoke Czech.
The underground garage was monitored, the bathroom had underfloor heating, and the dinner was tasty. The breakfast was cold, there were unfamiliar socks under the bed, the bathroom sink drain was clogged, the receptionist was unfriendly, checking in took almost 14 minutes, and I had to call twice.
