The room was clean and breakfast was good. I didn’t have my dog this time, and the dog walk area is a joke.

The place was so clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I found nothing I didn’t like.

The property was clean, the water was hot, and the bed was comfortable. I am disabled and 85; they COMPLETELY ignored my location requests, making my stay very difficult. I asked for a first‑floor room or, if not possible, one close to the elevator, but they put me on the 4th floor in the last room down the corridor from the elevator. Being disabled is hard enough without someone going out of their way to make life more difficult. I would never stay here again since my needs were totally disregarded.

The room was nice, but the reception staff should have let guests know about the paper in the key envelope that contains directions on how to use the shower.
