There were many steps on the street to the entrance, then more steps to the door, some without handrails. The estimated floor was the 4th. Getting the key code was very cumbersome, and the door code was also difficult to use. There was no staff. The shower in our room only had cold water.

The location is great, and the owner was attentive to my requests via message. I didn’t receive any prior guidance on how to use the common area; the owner said that the booking platform didn’t provide a place for that information, so she only gave me the details when I encountered a problem and asked. Everything was resolved within the first weeks.

The place is in a good spot, the beds were comfy and the house had clearly been renovated. However, there was no heating—no heaters or air‑conditioners—and the rooms didn't even have blankets.
