Camille from customer service went above and beyond, giving perfect advice for our short trip, and the hotel’s location was exceptional.

The hotel is very well situated, our room was large, comfortable, and nicely presented. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful, and breakfast at the café was very nice. We had a small issue during our stay, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently, with the manager and staff handling it exceptionally well. Nothing else disappointed us; we were very impressed.

The hotel feels modern and lively, water is provided at check‑in, rooms are beautiful, and the food is good. The price doesn’t add up, the staff can be a bit abrupt, the bathroom in the room isn’t working well, the pool charges a fee for most of the day and feels neglected in the evening with no staff and lights turning on too late. On the first floor the basic room lets you hear outside noise, and you can’t see the view from the top floor unless the rooftop bar is open or there’s breakfast.

The hotel is well located and the room offers beautiful views, functional and clean. The price is excessive because of the Nautical Salon, tripling the room rate.
