Houseboat trips are our go‑to escape—nothing beats the calm of the Sunshine Coast’s waterways. As locals who love fishing, we’ve tried a few, and this one tops the list for value. The boat’s in great shape, spotless, with comfy beds and plenty of gear to keep the holiday chill and hassle‑free.

Our first houseboat adventure was pure romance—sipping wine on the top deck in winter, feasting on fresh seafood from the local market. Everything was within arm’s reach, and Ken was a fantastic host. Wish we could have stayed longer.
