We really liked the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service level was high. The staff were very polite and always ready to help guests. The location was convenient too. They welcomed us warmly and left a great impression. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to everyone! We will definitely come back next time! Many thanks to Murad Bey 🫶🏻

Location was ok. Cleanliness was very poor, the room was not cleaned on several occasions. The room was very tired; no way can this be classed as a 4‑star hotel.

The cleanliness was zero; the whole room was full of hair, the rooms were old, and it was a bad experience.

The location is a plus. The room needs cleaning, and the woman at the hammam should be told not to smoke in the room.

The staff is very good and very helpful. Fadi is a great person at the reception—thank you Fadi for your help on the day of arrival.
