The location is convenient, the staff and neighbours are friendly, the value for money is decent, and the residence, rooms, toilet, and kitchenette are clean; the neighbourhood is relatively quiet and peaceful. However, the website images need updating, a few utensils were unclean, the shower leaked and required cleaning after each use, and some furniture was broken or unrepaired.
