The cleaning was good, the staff courteous, the room spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast excellent. However, the room lacked proper sound insulation, so you could hear guests walking on the floor above.

Everything was perfect! Reception staff and breakfast staff were very kind, the hotel has perfect air conditioning, rooms are spacious and modern, location in great. A cafè with salads and sandwiches for the days you want to skip a full restaurant wouks have been appreciated

The hotel sits in a great spot close to the lake and the historic centre, and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel’s private beach and central location make everything feel carefree, though stepping into the water from the pier could be a little more comfortable.

The property is wonderfully equipped, with modern rooms that have balconies offering spectacular views of Lake Garda, and everything throughout the hotel was impeccably clean and well‑maintained; the pool looks lovely and the private beach is perfect for lingering, while the location right on the lake means the old town is a 30‑minute walk or a short ride on the shuttle. Breakfast was decent and we always managed to find a seat outside, and the staff were attentive and courteous, especially Anne, who was consistently warm; the bar stayed open all day and there was a modest snack counter, though we never dined in the restaurant. The only drawback was that the breakfast could use a bit more variety—more salads, omelettes, etc.—but that’s just minor nit‑picking.
