The location is great and the room was clean and comfortable. There was a very long line to get coffee on Sunday morning.

The breakfast was good, and the location near Union Square was great. The view was very pleasant, with beautiful scenery and good service. The lobby feels impersonal.

The greeting and welcome when I arrived were very good. During the events that took place over the past weekend, the lobby was crowded with people roaming around, making it kind of chaotic.

The spot is spot on—most places are within a stroll and the buses and trains are solid. The daily destination fee feels like a scam, especially for international travelers; it’s a common US quirk that leaves a sour impression. The on‑premise restaurants are a bit pricey.
