There was a lot of bureaucracy and bad service: 1 – you have to request the pool and restaurant every day, which is a daily inconvenience. 2 – Air conditioning dripped in the rooms. 3 – Constant power failures that turned on all the lights in the room at night, which was extremely uncomfortable, especially with a baby. 4 – Several billing errors at checkout that required multiple corrections and returning to the hotel to fix the invoice. 5 – No one served at the pool bar; it’s hard to understand why there was no staff during peak season. 6 – Check‑in was slow. The current performance does not justify the high price charged.

The rooms were of good quality with incredible bedding, the gym, spa and massage were all very good, and breakfast was excellent; however, the pool was noisy because of many children, kids were even in the sauna and hammam, and the Italian restaurant provided terrible service—waiting 30 minutes to order and another 40 minutes to be served without even a single drink to tide us over.

I stayed in the room, used the pool and the spa; everything has been brand‑new, spotless and opened a year ago. The buffet dinner could use some improvement.
