From the moment we arrived in the lobby, everything was exceptional; the customer service was outstanding and the staff made us feel welcome right away; the water park was amazing and so much fun, and the restaurants offered delicious, flavorful food with great options to choose from; we were also very impressed with the cleanliness and overall neatness of the property; our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained; overall, we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end and truly enjoyed every part of our stay; excellent service, great food, beautiful hotel, and exceptional cleanliness!

“Perfect spot for families!”

Everything was amazing—stunning atmosphere and top‑class amenities! Only a tiny maintenance issue: the drawer handles in our room had slipped off, so I had to reattach them myself.

“Not happy”

Too many hidden fees, uncomfortable, and the host at the oak restaurant was rude. Every time I called for the valet, it never arrived on time, taking far too long. The pool water wasn’t very clear, and there were a lot of empty clear cups at the bottom. The air conditioner was either too cold or too hot, and there was nothing in the middle.
