An outdoor pool is open in warmer months. Tennis courts and a hall are nearby, with hiking and cycling trails surrounding the hotel. Rooms have satellite TV, minibar, and balcony/terrace. Free parking and WiFi are provided.

The location was good, but the plumbing in the bathrooms needed attention.

The silence was especially appreciated, but the reception desk was run by an absolutely incompetent young lady—once she was gone, everything was fine. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. By the way, the hotel’s website says dogs are not allowed, which was a reason for our booking, yet a guest’s dog jumped onto the breakfast table on the first day.

The pool was broken and we weren’t told beforehand, the beer from the bar was inedible, and there was too little staff at the breakfast buffet plus a broken coffee machine.

Nice room and very helpful staff, but the Wi‑Fi was down for two days, the pool stopped working and never got back online.
