Everything was beautiful, the facilities were clean and spacious, the terrace, garden, and gym were lovely, it’s pet friendly and seeing the dogs there was a treat, the air‑conditioning was a lifesaver because Guadalajara is always hot, everything was super close to the Zapopan zócalo, cafés, restaurants, and Line 3, the staff were very friendly and helpful, they let me check in early which I really liked, I recommend it 100%, and there was nothing that bothered me.

The cleanliness was great, the bed was comfortable and the shower products felt high quality, but there was no elevator and that bothered me, though I liked the hotel’s concept.
