“Decepcionante”
The front‑desk staff member was genuinely friendly, which made checking in pleasant. Unfortunately the bathrooms were grimy, the power kept flickering, and fresh water was intermittent. There were also no basic supplies like soap or towels, so we had to bring our own.
Oswaldo’s warm attitude and straight‑forward honesty really set the tone for a relaxed stay. His helpfulness made everything feel smoother and more comfortable.
