Riad Lalla Zoubida is situated in the heart of Fes El Bali's old Médina, offering air-conditioned rooms with authentic Arabo-Andalusian decor. Each room features a TV and private or shared bathroom facilities, with some boasting private balconies. The patio terrace offers panoramic views of the city and surrounding countryside. Guests can enjoy local cuisine in the dining room, prepared with fresh ingredients and traditional recipes.

The architecture was stunning, very ornate and traditional. Breakfast was excellent, and the host Ayoub was incredibly helpful. It was easily our best stay in Morocco, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Nothing to note.

The hospitality was distinctive and clean, located in the old town center, and I thank brother Ayoub and his colleagues for their warm welcome and assistance to guests. No negatives.

I stayed right at the start of the Medina, just outside the Blue Gate, and the breakfast and dinner were excellent. Ayoub was outstanding, always ready to help with any request, and the guides he recommended—especially Drissdriss and Assan—were fantastic.

The location right at the Medina entrance, close to a paid parking lot that seems run by dubious operators, was convenient. Ayoub was friendly and gave us a free room upgrade. The breakfast was pretty and varied, and the riad’s authentic atmosphere was interesting. However, the building felt old and uncomfortable, the fountain didn’t work, there was little background music at breakfast, and there were no TVs in the rooms.

Ayoub was the best; he assisted us with everything we asked for, helped us find a guide, and everything turned out great.
