The place was spotless and right next to all the main sights, though the bed felt a bit uncomfortable.

The staff communication was excellent and they responded instantly, and the room was adorable and exactly what we wanted. The air conditioning didn’t work at all (or barely worked), and the door jammed every time we tried to unlock it, which was frustrating.

The location was great, close to the Colosseum. As everyone says, the soundproofing was lacking and the toilet seat was broken.
