The design and equipment were great.
The style is great, but the check‑in process was awful with the app—too long and complicated.

Breakfast was simple but tasty, and I don’t see a need for anything beyond the basics. The key‑in‑app was a bit hard for my dad, who doesn’t use his phone often, but he loved the hotel; alone he might struggle.
We loved the modern vibe of the hotel, the rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the silence was so good you forget you’re next to Av Paulista in São Paulo. The location was super convenient, the free minibar helped in the first hours, and the surprise box with treats was great. We’ll definitely return and hope they keep the service quality.
