The room was clean and tidy, but there was no TV—apparently the council had switched it off the Thursday before, yet the pub still had a TV, which was odd. I had to wait for the room to be cleaned, and because we weren't aware we had a booking, the staff blamed us. The air‑conditioning in the room was noisy and kept us up most of the night. It seems the place is under new management, so I wouldn't stay again.

We didn't stay the full three nights because we had to return home, unrelated to the quality of the Eulo Queen. The proprietor said you would refund the night I paid for, and I would gladly accept that. We have enjoyed the stays we booked through your organisation. Thank you, Robert Stone.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, only to find out the hotel closed early that day, so we had limited time there. During that brief period we met the owners, who were very friendly and offered to cook us dinner before closing. The hotel has a lot of character, and I imagine it would be a great atmosphere when fully occupied.
