“nice hotel for a quick visit to Loveland”

The location was great, everyone was friendly, and the breakfast—especially the omelets—was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. On the downside, the rates felt high for the season and the hotel overall. The gala food was decent, but the salads were served too early, warm and wilted, the bread was hard and cold, and while the main dishes were good, the Brussels sprouts were raw.

“Hotel with great amenities and rooms in great location”

The large hotel offered friendly service, spacious deluxe king rooms with good amenities, comfy beds, a clean tubbed bathroom, and a tasty breakfast where you could have eggs cooked to your preference plus fresh pancakes. A small coffee shop in the lobby had an excellent barista, and nearby restaurants and bars were within walking distance. However, during CSU Homecoming the rates spiked, and hallway corners could have been vacuumed better.

“Had a wonderful stay. Hotel Staff was wonderful and friendly.”

Always appreciate a full breakfast instead of the usual cereal and frozen egg offerings at other hotels. Great Staff, was warmly greeted and received several offerings for any other services I might need during my stay. I felt the mattress was just to firm to my liking

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was right across from the Expo. It was ridiculous to pay $14 a day for parking at the convention center; it would have made more sense to include that in the hotel rate. The food was good, coffee was fine, but Thursday mornings were consistently subpar, especially the coffee.

Breakfast was good, bed comfortable. The pool was advertised as heated but was 100% not. It was freezing cold on 2 separate attempts to swim. The shower tub floor is very slippery and we put a wash cloth down to stand on for the kids
