The location and breakfast were great, yet the bathroom lacked shelves or a small rack for a toiletry bag, and the shower area could have been cleaned better.

The surroundings were lovely and the hotel looked beautiful from the outside, giving it a certain charm; the staff were very sweet and the suite had a large bathtub for two. However, the suite wasn’t cleaned adequately, there were many insects inside, the bathwater never got hot, there was only one blanket for the bed (sharing a blanket is not an option, so that was very disappointing), no glass, kettle or other items in the room except a pair of bath slippers, neither TV was connected to the internet nor could it stream, settings were disabled so timers couldn’t be used, the breakfast selection was very poor (for example, no spreads or toppings for the three types of cold cuts available), there were no activities at the hotel, and we were given three different check‑out times.
De locatie is geweldig. Vanuit de kamer (50) een geweldig zicht op het fjord. In de ochtend een hert voor het raam. De kamer is overigens zeer mooi en schoon. De omgeving van het hotel is mooi, rustig. Het hotel ligt redelijk afgelegen wat de ontspanning ten goede komt. Mooie wandelen in de direct omgeving. Tegen is een groot woord. Wat beter kan: bij ontvangst informatie geven over de faciliteiten van het hotel. Dat moest echt naar gevraagd worden. Er is een restaurant maar er was geen plek. Volgeboekt. Aangeven waarom voor gasten geen ruimte was. Gevolg dat we 20 minuten moesten rijden voor een eetgelegenheid in Juelsminden. Positief dan weer dat je ook in dit plaatsje bent geweest. Klein met een leuke haven een leuke resaurantjes. Op de kamer stond niets om een bakkie thee of koffie te zetten. Zou lekker zijn als je wakker wordt en op het terras wilt zitten

The location was fantastic, quiet and peaceful, a wonderful area with beautiful nature. The breakfast was delightful, with very friendly and welcoming staff. I ate lunch twice (two courses) and it was very tasty at a good price. An incredibly lovely place, we will definitely return. The staff were very friendly.
