“You can find a better place”

The spot is decent and the pool design is cool, but the hotel looks clean and pretty at first glance, yet the finishes are poorly done and don’t match the luxury level it claims. The staff were extremely unpleasant; when it was pouring rain they wouldn’t lend a second umbrella. We were told a complimentary massage was available, but the spa had no slots for the next 48 hours. We were also promised discounts on food and drinks at the hotel, but that never happened. Breakfast was a let‑down: the quality and variety were bland, and the breakfast room felt more like a conference hall than a high‑end hotel restaurant.

Everything was great, literally, and the staff were extremely polite and friendly. For me, this is the only hotel I’ll return to when I come back to Phnom Penh. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast selection, which could use a bit more variety.

“Another Excellent Stay – Outstanding Service and Wonderful Reception Staff”

Another great stay at Baitong Hotel & Resort Phnom Penh, and once again everything was at a very high level. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. I would especially like to highlight the reception staff. They were extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Their warm and welcoming attitude really makes a difference and creates a very pleasant experience from the moment you arrive. This was another excellent stay, and I will definitely be happy to come back again
