The hotel was really cozy and personal, the room came with a warm welcome, the breakfast restaurant was pleasant, the location was superb, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location in central London, Covent Garden, was excellent—perfect for shopping, walking, and relaxing, close to the metro, theatres, and museums, and the continental breakfasts were very good; the hotel is absolutely worth recommending.

We love London, especially Soho and Covent Garden, and the hotel sits right there with countless restaurants and charming shops nearby; many theatres are within walking distance and Piccadilly is just a short stroll away. We especially enjoy the Art Deco style of the hotel, which is beautifully decorated, and the staff are all charming and kind. In the evening we receive tasty homemade cookies as a bedtime treat, a Nespresso machine is in the room, and as a milk‑coffee drinker I appreciate the small milk bottles that are refilled daily—finally no tiny milk cartons or powdered milk. This is clearly our favorite hotel in London; there are no negatives.

The location is outstanding, within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, and activities; the room was lovely, surprisingly spacious for the building, extremely comfortable and quiet despite the location, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
