The location was very good and peaceful, not far from Modena’s center. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant served high‑quality, delicious dishes. Breakfast was complete and varied. The rooms were pretty and well equipped, and there was a large free parking lot. The only downside was that in room 6 the bed creaked loudly, but everything else was perfect.

Posto splendido, nel verde, casetta curata, pulitissima con ampia camera e ampio bagno. Molto silenzioso. Parcheggio comodo. Buona la colazione. Accoglienza piacevole e sincera. Ci è piaciuto molto e lo terremo presente per futuri soggiorni. Unica cosa da segnalare: oscuranti in camera non sufficienti, passa parecchio la luce esterna

The hosts were very warm, the food was excellent, the place was clean and convenient, and the communication was sincere and everything was within easy reach. It’s a great way to explore Modena, and you don’t need to search elsewhere for accommodation with breakfast, air conditioning, and the option to dine nicely, especially if you’re traveling with pets.
