They lied and cheated: I booked for AC, a flat‑screen TV, and English‑speaking staff, but none were there. I don’t understand why the booking site would list those amenities if they’re not available, so I won’t use it again.

There was no AC, no flat‑screen TV, and no staff who spoke English, even though the booking advertised all of those things.

The place was great, and the owner did everything possible to help us whenever we needed it.

The location is excellent, and the owners are very friendly and speak English. The price‑to‑value ratio is good. There’s a water dispenser, Wi‑Fi, hot water, toilet paper, and a colorful mix of roommates. Everything you really need is there, nothing more.

We were unlucky with the weather.
