Nothing was good; the room was messy, the walls were stained, and the sheets and pillow were untidy. The reception guy wouldn’t let me in even though I had a reservation because the OTP wasn’t available, and how could it be my fault if I didn’t receive the OTP?

Nothing was good. First I went to the hotel and was told no room was available even though I had a booking; I was sent to another branch where the rooms were not up to standard and there were cockroaches.

The blankets and towels that were supplied were of poor quality, and the water bottles were not placed in the rooms before check‑in. The rooms could use a cleaner appearance overall.
