The staff were friendly. However, they don’t offer any bottles of shampoo or towels.

Nothing special. They don’t smile, they don’t give me towels or shampoo, they aren’t kitchen‑ready, and there are a lot of other missing items.

The vibe here was really social, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly. I liked how easy it was to strike up conversations with other guests. All in all, a pleasant, welcoming spot.

The hotel’s location was the only thing I could appreciate; everything else fell short. We booked with a free‑cancellation promise, but when we tried to cancel shortly after, they charged us anyway. To make matters worse, we were assigned a men’s dorm even though we’d reserved two beds in the women’s area, and then forced to pay an extra fee for a private room. With a tight budget and weekend banks closed, we were left in a pretty stressful spot.
