Good location with 24/7 security. Ample parking available. No mini fridge. No safe box. No cupboard/wardrobes for clothes. This place is relatively unknown. My family of 4 could be the only guests from Mon-Thurs. Definitely need more guests to make the place lively. Pretty eerie when you come back late at night

In Kuala Lumpur, the pool was unusable because it was closed for maintenance and covered in green moss, so my son and another visitor with a daughter couldn’t swim. At check‑in, no one was at the front desk, and the room had no window, which was disappointing.

I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel and found that there was no picture available for me to access, which made the check-in process quite inconvenient. However, the rest of my stay was pleasant, and I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere.

My stay at the hotel was marred by several issues with the service. Upon arrival, I was given the wrong Wi-Fi password, and despite my repeated requests, I didn't receive any feedback or a resolution until I checked out. Additionally, my request for an iron was promised to be delivered in the morning but never materialized.
