The room was comfy and the bed was really good, clean and cozy, but we couldn't get a hot shower – the water never got above luke warm, which was very disappointing. Because of that we left without showering and I'm not sure I'd risk staying there again; there are plenty of other options.

I asked for early check‑in ahead of time and they managed it, which mattered because my daughter needed to lie down for medical reasons; the room itself was nice. However, the front desk staff were a little rude when we arrived around 1:30 to check in early, until they found a room had already been assigned, so some staff were excellent while others were just so‑so.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom light was horrible.

The shuttle to the airport was convenient, but the room wasn't that clean, there were no extra blankets, and only two coffee pods were provided.
