The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were two shower options to save time. However, the bathtub shower only had a curtain, so it was very cold from the air‑con, which was hard to control and didn’t work well. The room temperature was uncomfortable, the blanket was too thin for sleep, and room 6 had a toilet flushing problem that we eventually gave up on and let the staff handle. It’s a shame; with better attention to these details, the place could meet or exceed the average standard. The location is good, next to the fresh market, but walking around at night still feels unsafe.
