The location and cleanliness were good, and the hotel felt very welcoming, but the price seemed excessive even though it was a holy Friday.

The place was spotless, the staff were courteous, and the location was 100 m from the tram terminus and bus stop; nothing could be improved.

The rooms were spacious, bright, and clean, with tasteful furnishings and color choices. Breakfast was well kept and tidy. The owner was very courteous and helpful. Still, I’m reluctant to give a higher score because the stay was extremely problematic. The thin walls offered no soundproofing, and both nights I was disturbed by loud voices, noises, and movements coming from the other side of the wall. I don’t know if it was other B&B guests or neighbours, but it’s likely the neighbours. I couldn’t sleep well on either night because of the noise. The first night lasted until 3 am, the second was interrupted around 1 am when I started pounding on the wall, only to receive more blows back, which were useless and unpleasant. After the first night I almost told the owners, but I chose not to give feedback, thinking the noise wouldn’t repeat. I realise this issue isn’t the fault of the property itself, which has many merits, but it’s the first time I’ve experienced such a problem. As it stands, the place isn’t suitable if you need a decent sleep. Maybe adding sound‑absorbing walls or stricter rules for guests or neighbouring units, perhaps discussed at the building’s condominium meeting, would help.
