Very welcoming and the staff was friendly; they arranged the boat tickets and the motorbike rental that even carries luggage to the villa. The room was spacious with a large shower, and there is a washing machine in the building.

The staff were friendly and took the time to explain local attractions; the room was ready for early check‑in. The soundproofing could be better.

Hidden in a lane, but once you step out there’s a convenience store and shops right next door, making it very convenient. The public areas are beautiful and great for photos; the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were caring and had a very good attitude. In the room you might hear hallway noise, but you don’t hear the next room, so the sound insulation is decent. The front desk staff were also thoughtful, reminding us about the sudden cancellation of the boat service the next day; while we were waiting for updates, they promptly informed us of the new schedule. Thank you ❤️. Initially, being hidden in a lane made it a bit hard to find the way, and we had to walk around a bit; better signage at the intersection would help.
